No, you can browse and read all reviews without an account. However, you'll need to create a free account to write reviews, save favorites, or mark reviews as helpful.
Click "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password. The link expires after 1 hour.
Contact us through the Contact page to request account deletion. We'll remove your account and associated data within 30 days. Note that anonymous reviews will remain but won't be linked to your identity.
Yes, you can review any apartment you've lived in. If the apartment isn't listed, you can add it yourself using the "Add Apartment" feature, then write your review.
Rate all 9 categories (noise, management, maintenance, etc.) and write about your honest experience. Include specifics like how quickly maintenance responded, noise levels at different times, and any issues you encountered. The more detail, the more helpful your review!
Yes! When writing a review, check the "Post anonymously" box. Your name won't be displayed and the review won't be linked to your public profile. We still store your user ID internally for moderation purposes.
Yes, you can edit or delete your reviews at any time from your Dashboard. Click the pencil icon to edit or the trash icon to delete.
Different renters have different priorities. Some care most about noise levels, others about management responsiveness. Our detailed categories help you share specific feedback and help future renters find exactly what they're looking for.
Use the Contact page and select "Report a Review" as the subject. Include the apartment name and describe the issue. We investigate all reports and remove content that violates our guidelines.
Verified badges indicate tenants who have provided proof of residency (such as a lease document). This is an optional feature that helps build trust. Contact us if you'd like to verify your tenancy.
Currently, we don't have a response feature for property managers. We're considering this for a future update to provide balanced perspectives.
